New Non-Rotating Compact Cylinders — Parker ORIGA has expanded their successful NZK
cylinder series. Our new NZKV series features the much-demanded non-rotating compact cylinders with high-load capability.
The NZKV series uses two parallel guide rods supported by long guide bushes within the cylinder profile itself. These
cylinders provide smooth operation; precise and rigid guidance (even under side-load conditions); long, maintenance-free
service life; low breakout pressure; and heavy-duty cushioning.
The compact design occupies only 45 percent of the space demanded by regular profile cylinders. And, like the
standard compact cylinder NZK, the new NZKV conforms to VDMA 24562 Norm for cylinder mountings. With a fully
interchangeable range of mountings for both standard and compact cylinders, the logistical and cost-saving advantages
are particularly attractive to the automotive-related industries
The NZKV is available in diameters of 32?100 mm with stroke lengths of up to 80 mm. A magnetic piston and cushioning are
standard features. And the temperature range for the NZKV is -68°F to +176°F (a version for temperatures up to +302°F is
available upon request). The operating pressure is 0.5 to 10 bar.
